  "text": "(1) Article 416 (reporting on liquid assets) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in point (c)(i)—\n(i) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;\n(ii) for “that Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;\n(b) in point (c)(iii), omit “, the Commission”;\n(c) omit the second sub-paragraph.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in point (a)(i), for “as established by” to the end substitute “as set out in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61”;\n(b) in point (a)(ii), for “bonds as referred to in Article 52(4) of Directive 2009/65/EC” substitute “CRR covered bonds”;\n(c) in point (a)(iii), for “a Member State central or regional government” substitute “the central or a regional government of the United Kingdom”;\n(d) in point (c)(v), for “activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2013/36/EU” substitute “Annex 1 activities”.\n(4) In paragraph 3, in point (d), for “a central bank in a Member State” substitute “the Bank”.\n(5) Omit paragraph 4.",
