  "text": "(1) Article 422 (outflows on other liabilities) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2(d), for “the central government” to “branch, or” substitute “the central government of the United Kingdom, a public sector entity of the United Kingdom or”.\n(3) In paragraphs 3 and 5, for “a Deposit Guarantee Scheme in accordance with Directive 94/19/EC” substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”.\n(4) In paragraph 3, omit point (b).\n(5) In paragraph 4, omit the second sub-paragraph.\n(6) In paragraph 8—\n(a) in point (a)(ii), for “relationship within the meaning of Article 12(1) of Directive 83/349/EEC” substitute “common management relationship”;\n(b) omit point (a)(iii);\n(c) in point (d), for “same Member State” substitute “United Kingdom”.\n(7) Omit paragraph 9.\n(8) Omit paragraph 10.",
