# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 184: Article 424 (outflows from credit and liquidity facilities)


In Article 424 (outflows from credit and liquidity facilities), in paragraph 6—
(a) for “at least one Member State’s central or regional government” substitute “the central or a regional government of the United Kingdom”;
(b) omit “Union and/or that Member State’s”.
