(a)

in point (b)(iv), for “a deposit guarantee scheme in accordance with Directive 94/19/EC” substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”;

(b)

omit point (b)(v);

(c)

in point (b)(x), for “as referred to in Article 52(4) of Directive 2009/65/EC” substitute “CRR covered bonds”.
