Regulation 194 Article 440 (capital buffers)

In Article 440 (capital buffers), in paragraph 1, for “in Title VII, Chapter 4 of the Directive 2013/36/EU”, substitute “in regulation 2 of the Capital Requirements (Capital Buffers and Macro-prudential Measures) Regulation 2014”.
