# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 212: Article 498 (exemption for Commodities dealers)


In Article 498 (exemption for Commodities dealers), in paragraph 1, for “points 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of Section C of Annex I to Directive 2004/39/EC” substitute “paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order”.
