# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 213: Article 501 (capital requirements deduction for credit risk on exposures to SMEs)


In Article 501(2) (capital requirements deduction for credit risk on exposures to SMEs), for point (b), substitute—
“(b) an SME is defined as set out in Article 4(1)(128D) of this Regulation, save that in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC only the annual turnover shall be taken into account;”.
