# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 218: Annex II (types of derivative)


In Annex II (types of derivative), in paragraph 3, for “points 4 to 7, 9 and 10 of Section C of Annex I to Directive 2004/39/EC” substitute “paragraphs 4 to 7, 9 and 10 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order”.
