# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 219: Annex III (items subject to supplementary reporting of liquid assets)


(1) Annex III (items subject to supplementary reporting of liquid assets) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 6(c) for “bonds as referred to in Article 52(4) of Directive 2009/65/EC” substitute “CRR covered bonds”.
(3) In point 11 for “the domestic currency of the Member State” substitute “pounds sterling”.
