Regulation 238 Article 24 (outflows from stable retail deposits)

In Article 24 (outflows from stable retail deposits)—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for the words from “a deposit guarantee scheme in accordance” to “Directive 2014/49/EU” substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”;

(b)

in paragraph 4, for the words from “a deposit guarantee scheme in accordance” to the end of point (c) substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”;

(c)

omit paragraph 5.
