# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 241: Article 27 (outflows from operational deposits)


In Article 27 (outflows from operational deposits)—
(a) omit paragraph 1(b);
(b) in paragraph 2, for the words from “a deposit guarantee scheme” to “Directive 2014/49/EU” substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”;
(c) omit paragraph 3.
