(a)

in paragraph 1, in the second sub-paragraph, for the words from “a deposit guarantee scheme” to “Directive 2014/49/EU” substitute “the UK deposit guarantee scheme”;

(b)

in paragraph 3, in point (d)(ii), for “Member State” substitute “United Kingdom”.
