Regulation 27 Regulation 39 (meaning of “permission” and “protected item” in this part)

In regulation 39 (meaning of “permission” and “protected item” in this part)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), omit “or”;

(b)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

any of the Specified EU Regulations under the Capital Requirements Regulation, as amended from time to time; or”;

(c)

after paragraph (b) insert—

“(c)

a technical standard made by the PRA or FCA under the functions conferred on them by the Capital Requirements Regulation as amended by Part 4, Chapter 3 of the Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.”.
