  "text": "In regulation 22 (G-SIIs: location and nature), for paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) A G-SII must also be—\n(a) a UK parent institution;\n(b) a UK parent financial holding company;\n(c) a UK parent mixed financial holding company; or\n(d) an institution authorised in the United Kingdom which is not a subsidiary of a body mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) to (c).”.",
