# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 50: Regulation 22 (G-SIIs: location and nature)


In regulation 22 (G-SIIs: location and nature), for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) A G-SII must also be—
(a) a UK parent institution;
(b) a UK parent financial holding company;
(c) a UK parent mixed financial holding company; or
(d) an institution authorised in the United Kingdom which is not a subsidiary of a body mentioned in sub-paragraphs (a) to (c).”.
