# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 56: Regulation 30 (O-SIIs: location and nature)


In regulation 30 (O-SIIs: location and nature), in paragraph (2), for sub-paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute—
“(a) a UK parent institution;
(b) a UK parent financial holding company;
(c) a UK parent mixed financial holding company; or”.
