Regulation 63 Article 2 (supervisory powers)

For Article 2 (supervisory powers) substitute—

  • “For the purposes of ensuring compliance with this Regulation the competent authorities shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in Directive 2013/36/EU UK law.”f1.
