# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 76: Article 17 (supervision of investment firms waived from the application of own funds requirements on a consolidated basis)


In Article 17 (supervision of investment firms waived from the application of own funds requirements on a consolidated basis)—
(a) in paragraphs 2 and 3, for “the competent authorities responsible for the prudential supervision of the investment firm waive” substitute “the competent authority waives”;
(b) in paragraph 2, for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
