In Article 19 (entities excluded from the scope of prudential consolidation)—

(a)

in paragraph 2, from the beginning to “Directive 2013/36/EU” substitute “The consolidating supervisor”;

(b)

in paragraph 2(c), for “the competent authorities responsible for exercising supervision on a consolidated basis” substitute “the consolidating supervisor”.
