# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 86: Article 31 (capital instruments subscribed by public authorities in emergency situations)


In Article 31 (capital instruments subscribed by public authorities in emergency situations)—
(a) in paragraph 1(b), for “considered State aid by the Commission” substitute “State aid as defined in the law of the United Kingdom after exit day”;
(b) in paragraph 1(c), after “State aid-rules existing” insert “in the United Kingdom, or any part of it, or in a third country,”;
(c) omit paragraph 2.
