Regulation 88 Article 36 (deductions from Common Equity Tier 1 items)

In Article 36 (deductions from Common Equity Tier 1 items), in paragraph 3, in the first sub-paragraph—

(a)

omit the words from “and, in consultation with” to “24 November 2010,”;

(b)

for the words from “undertakings excluded from” to “of that Directive” substitute “undertakings within Article 4(1)(27)(k) of this Regulation”.
