# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 91: Article 49 (requirement for deduction where consolidation, supplementary supervision or institutional protection schemes are applied)


(1) Article 49 (requirement for deduction where consolidation, supplementary supervision or institutional protection schemes are applied) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “, supplementary supervision or institutional protection schemes are” substitute “or supplementary supervision is”.
(3) Omit the second sub-paragraph of paragraph 2.
(4) Omit paragraph 3.
(5) In paragraph 4 for “, 2 or 3” substitute “or 2”.
