# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 92: Article 52 (additional Tier 1 instruments)


In Article 52 (additional Tier 1 instruments) in paragraph 1 in point (m) after “applicable national law” insert “of the United Kingdom, or any part of it, or of a third country”.
