# The Carbon Accounting Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Carbon Accounting Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 6th May 2017.
