# The Carer’s Allowance Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2019, Article 4: Dates on which changes specified in article 2 take effect


(1) The amendments made by article 2 take effect on 8 April 2019, subject to paragraph (2).
(2) Where arrangements have been made by the Scottish Ministers for Carer’s Allowance to be paid on a Wednesday, the amendments take effect on 10 April 2019.
