# The Census (England and Wales) Order 2009, Paragraph 15: Demographic particulars


Whether or not the person looks after or gives help or support to family members, friends, neighbours or others because of long-standing physical or mental ill-health or disability or because of problems related to old age and, if so, the number of hours a week spent on this, excluding anything done as part of any paid employment.
