# The Census (England and Wales) Order 2020, Paragraph 42: Accommodation particulars


Where the household to which the return relates rents or part rents the accommodation or lives in the accommodation rent free, whether the landlord is—
(a) a housing association, housing co-operative, charitable trust or registered social landlord;
(b) a council or local authority;
(c) a private landlord or letting agency;
(d) an employer of a household member;
(e) a relative or friend of a household member; or
(f) other.
