# The Census (England and Wales) Order 2020, Paragraph 46: Additional particulars for individual returns


If the accommodation is a communal establishment whether the person with whom the return is concerned is—
(a) a resident in the establishment;
(b) a member of staff or the owner of the establishment;
(c) a family member or partner of a member of staff or of the owner of the establishment; or
(d) staying temporarily (no usual address in the UK).
