Whether the person is able to (selecting all that apply):–
(a) understand Irish;
(b) understand Ulster-Scots;
(c) speak Irish;
(d) speak Ulster-Scots;
(e) read Irish;
(f) read Ulster-Scots;
(g) write Irish;
(h) write Ulster-Scots;
(i) no ability in Irish; or
(j) no ability in Ulster-Scots; and
If able to speak Irish or Ulster-Scots, how often they speak it.
