  "text": "For the main job done in the preceding seven days or, if not working then, for their last main job:–\n(a) whether working as an employee, or self-employed or freelance without employees, or self-employed with employees;\n(b) either the name of the organisation or business they worked for (including own organisation if self-employed) or whether there was no such organisation, or whether worked for a private individual;\n(c) the full title of their main job;\n(d) what was done in their main job;\n(e) the main activity of their organisation, business or freelance work;\n(f) whether or not supervising any other employees on a day-to-day basis; and\n(g) the number of hours a week usually worked in their main job.",
