# The Census Order (Northern Ireland) 2020, Paragraph 44: Additional particulars for individual returns


If the accommodation is a communal establishment whether or not the respondent is answering the questions on behalf of someone else and whether the person with whom the return is concerned is—
(a) a resident in the establishment;
(b) a member of staff or the owner of the establishment;
(c) a family member or partner of a member of staff or the owner of the establishment; or
(d) staying there temporarily (no usual address in the United Kingdom).
