  "text": "In respect of any person aged 16 years or over, whether or not that person was at any time during the week preceding census day—\n(a) working as an employee;\n(b) on a Government sponsored training scheme;\n(c) self employed or freelance;\n(d) working paid or unpaid for his or her own or family business;\n(e) away from work ill, on maternity leave, on holiday or temporarily laid off; or\n(f) doing any other kind of paid work.",
