Where the household rents the accommodation or lives in the accommodation rent free, whether the landlord is—

(a)

a local authority;

(b)

housing association or registered social landlord;

(c)

private landlord or letting agent;

(d)

employer of a household member;

(e)

relative or a friend of household member; or

(f)

other category of landlord.
