# The Census (Scotland) Order 2020, Article 7: Disapplication of liability to penalty for refusing or neglecting to state particulars with respect to transgender status and history


The particulars specified in paragraph 6 of schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of section 8(1A) of the Act (disapplication of liability to penalty for refusing or neglecting to state certain particulars).
