Paragraph 19
In respect of any person aged 3 years or over and the person’s language—
(a)
how well the person can understand spoken English, speak English, read English and write English,
(b)
whether the person can understand spoken Scottish Gaelic, speak Scottish Gaelic, read Scottish Gaelic or write Scottish Gaelic,
(c)
whether the person can understand spoken Scots, speak Scots, read Scots and write Scots,
(d)
whether the person is able to use British Sign Language,
(e)
whether English is the person’s main language and, if not, which language is.
