# The Census (Scotland) Order 2020, Paragraph 7


In respect of any person aged 16 years or over, as regards sexual orientation, whether—
(a) straight / heterosexual,
(b) gay or lesbian,
(c) bisexual, or
(d) another sexual orientation and, if so, which.
