Paragraph 8

As regards the marital or civil partnership status of any person aged 16 years or over, whether—

(a)

never married and never in a civil partnership,

(b)

married,

(c)

in a civil partnership,

(d)

separated, but still legally married,

(e)

separated, but still legally in a civil partnership,

(f)

divorced,

(g)

formerly in a civil partnership which is now legally dissolved,

(h)

widowed, or

(i)

surviving partner from a civil partnership.
