# The Central Counterparties (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 21: Application of the 2000 Act to the Bank of England in relation to its functions under this Part


(1) The provisions of the 2000 Act mentioned in regulations 22 to 25 are to apply in relation to the Bank of England in accordance with those regulations.
(2) Any reference in the 2000 Act to the Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority which is contained in, or relates to, any of those provisions (however expressed) is to be read as a reference to the Bank of England.
