# The Central Counterparties (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 22: Application of the 2000 Act to the Bank of England in relation to its functions under this Part


Sections 348 to 350 and 353 (disclosure of information) of the 2000 Act apply in relation to information received by the Bank of England for the purposes of, or in discharge of, any of its functions under this Part.
