# The Central Counterparties (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 25: Application of the 2000 Act to the Bank of England in relation to its functions under this Part


Paragraph 19 (annual report) of Schedule 1ZB to the 2000 Act applies in relation to the recording of decisions made by the Bank of England in exercise of its functions under this Part.
