# The Central Counterparties (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 26: Fees


(1) The Bank of England may require central counterparties to pay fees in connection with the discharge of any of its functions under this Part.
(2) Any fee which is owed to the Bank of England under this regulation may be recovered as a debt due to the Bank.
