In Article 1—
(a) in paragraph 1—
(i) omit “uniform”;
(ii) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) omit paragraph 3;
(c) in paragraph 4—
(i) omit “or relevant authorities”;
(ii) for “members of the ESCB” substitute “Bank of England”;
(iii) omit “, other Member States’ national bodies performing similar functions,”;
(iv) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
