Article 8 Amendment of the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993

In Schedule 5, for paragraph 5 substitute—

“5

The Immigration (Places of Detention) (No. 2) Direction 2000 is amended—

(a)

in article 2, by inserting after the words “control zone” the words “, supplementary control zone”; and

(b)

in article 3(2)(a)(i) by inserting after the words “control zone” the words “or supplementary control zone”.”.
