  "text": "(1) In these Regulations—\n“the 1986 Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986;\n“the 2011 Act” means the Charities Act 2011;\n“constitutional directions” means the directions included in the CIO’s constitution in accordance with section 206(2)(c) of the 2011 Act.\n(2) For the purposes of these Regulations “body corporate” includes a body incorporated outside the United Kingdom but does not include—\n(a) a corporation sole; or\n(b) a partnership that, whether or not a legal person, is not regarded as a body corporate under the law by which it is governed.",
