  "heading": "Application to CIOs of subordinate legislation made under the 1986 Act",
  "text": "(1) The legislation made under the 1986 Act specified in sub-paragraph (3) applies to CIOs with any necessary modifications for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of the 1986 Act which are applied to CIOs by paragraph 1 above.\n(2) Where there is a conflict between a provision of the subordinate legislation applied by sub-paragraph (1) and any provision of these Regulations, the latter prevails.\n(3) The specified legislation is—\n(a) the Insolvency Rules 1986;\n(b) the Insolvency Practitioners (Recognised Professional Bodies) Order 1986;\n(c) the Insolvency Proceedings (Monetary Limits) Order 1986;\n(d) the Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal (Conduct of Investigations) Rules 1986;\n(e) the Insolvency Regulations 1994;\n(f) the Insolvency Act 1986 (Prescribed Part) Order 2003;\n(g) the Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) Order 2004;\n(h) the Insolvency Practitioners Regulations 2005; and\n(i) the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008.",
