  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Charities Act 2011 (Exempt Charities) (British Council) Regulations 2021.\n(2) These Regulations come into force 7 days after the day on which they are made.\n(3) Regulations 2, 3 and 5 and the Schedule extend to England and Wales.\n(4) Regulation 4 and this regulation extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.",
