# The Charities Act 2011 (Exempt Charities) (British Council) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Act


(1) Schedule 3 to the Charities Act 2011 (exempt charities) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 25 insert—
“25A. The British Council.”.
