# Charities (Boxmoor Estate, Hemel Hempstead) Order 1999, Paragraph 6: Trustees


(a) Subject to clause 7 of this Scheme the body of Trustees when complete shall consist of twelve competent persons who shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of this Scheme.
(b) The Trustees must be electors as defined in this Scheme.
