# The Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Article 102: Name to appear on correspondence, etc.


Article 40(7) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (NI 6) (exemption from requirements relating to publication of name etc.) shall not, in its application to any company which is a charity, have the effect of exempting the company from the requirements of Article 357(1) of that Order (company’s name to appear in its correspondence etc.).
