  "text": "A person guilty of disobedience—\n(a) to an order of the Commission under Article 25(1), 38, 39, 69(2), 88, 90 or 93; or\n(b) to an order of the Commission under Article 33 or 35 requiring a transfer of property or payment to be called for or made; or\n(c) to an order of the Commission requiring a default under this Order to be made good;\nmay on the application of the Commission to the High Court be dealt with as for disobedience to an order of the High Court.",
